    Interface FogVolume

    An axis-aligned box of denser, optionally tinted fog.

    Properties

    center: [number, number, number]

    World-space box center.

    halfExtent: [number, number, number]

    World-space half-extents along X/Y/Z.

    density: number

    Added media density inside the box.

    color?: [number, number, number]

    Scatter-albedo tint inside the box (default white).

    falloff?: number

    Soft-edge width in world units measured inward from the box face. 0 = hard.

    noiseScale?: number

    World-space fbm noise frequency that carves the density into wisps. 0 (default) = uniform-density box.

    noiseStrength?: number

    How much the noise carves the density: 0 (default) = solid, 1 = fully modulated (the box reads as drifting cloud).

    noiseSpeed?: number

    Drift speed of the noise (animated via ctx.elapsedTime). 0 = static.
