Taos — Geo Tutorials

Runnable companions to docs/tutorials/geo. Each page is one tutorial. Most stream from keyless OpenStreetMap sources (no account needed); tutorial 10 (the Moon) uses Cesium ion via a built-in default token — override it with ?token=YOUR_TOKEN.

1Hello, Geo
A streaming globe: floating origin, two keyless OSM sources, a fly camera.
2The Floating Origin
Watch the origin reanchor; click to read a geodetic location.
3Tileset & Imagery Layers
Terrain + a multi-layer imagery stack (aerial + labels) + buildings.
4Anchors & Picking
Markers anchored at lat/lon; click to read back a location.
5Atmosphere & Clouds
A physical sky and a volumetric cloud deck over the globe.
6Clipping
A floor plane and a polygon hole (toggle with F / P).
7Vector Data
GeoJSON baked + styled by height, labeled, with a time-dynamic marker.
8Projection Textures
Drape an image onto the city with a Projector (toggle T / B / L).
9Terrain Physics
Jolt colliders from streamed terrain; click to drop balls.
10Other Worlds
The Moon (custom ellipsoid) + optional Street View (?gmapsKey=).

Needs a WebGPU browser. Tutorial 10's Street View needs ?gmapsKey=YOUR_GOOGLE_MAPS_KEY. See each tutorial's markdown in docs/tutorials/geo for the walkthrough.
