    Function createCloudNoiseTextures

    • Generates and uploads the cloud base and detail 3D noise textures.

      The base texture packs a tileable Perlin FBM in R (cloud bulk shape) and three increasing-frequency Worley layers in GBA (erosion). The detail texture packs three higher-frequency Worley layers in RGB for fine edge erosion.

      Parameters

      • device: GPUDevice

        WebGPU device used to create the textures.

      Returns CloudNoiseTextures

      Both 3D textures with views; caller owns them and must destroy().
